Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. Please take a moment to review our cancellation and refund terms before confirming your booking.

🗓️ Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival:
    A 10% cancellation fee will be applied. The remaining 90% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival:
    The booking is non-refundable. No refund will be issued.

  • No-shows or early checkouts:
    Guests who do not arrive or check out early will be charged the full amount of the reservation. No refund will be given.

💳 Refund Processing

  • Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.

  • All refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Any transaction or bank processing fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the total refund amount.
